Born in Cebu, RD grew up in Bohol and finished his studies in the U.S. RD graduated at the Los Angeles Film School and pursued films close to his heart.
Producing the Visayan film with Cesar Montano, “Panaghoy sa Suba” garnered many awards including Best Picture. RD moved on to direct Kapalaran and Milyonaryong Mini, both
visayan teleseries that aired on ABS-CBN Visayan Region Network.
His newest projects are Soledad and Hostage. Currently he is filming a movie for release later this year.
